Customer Success

Helping our customers get the most out of our product. Supporting customers in growing their business, they advise them on how best to use the system and encourage adoption of new functionality. Split into Analysts and Executives, those joining this team must have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer consultancy.

Customer Acquisition

Are you outgoing, ambitious and passionate about showing people how to improve their businesses? A software sales career could be for you. You’ll spend your time in the office and on-the-road prospecting and visiting potential clients at their dealerships to explain the great benefits of our product Pinewood DMS. This is a fantastic role for a people-person with a talent for solution-selling.

Customer Delivery

Implementing the system into new customers’ sites can consist of on-site implementation and customer training. Implementation staff enjoy travelling and meeting new people, whilst sharing their knowledge and passion for Pinewood DMS. An individual joining the implementations team will have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for training.

25+ days holiday

In addition to the standard public holidays, all Team Members have at least 25 days of Leave or Wellness Leave.

Administration Manager

Pinewood Technologies Asia Pacific sells, implements and supports a highly scalable cloud-based software platform that powers thousands automotive dealers and all major manufactures around the world.

Our cloud-based platform, Pinewood Dealer Management System (DMS), helps our customers save substantial cost and time by eliminating their day-to-day management hassle of managing physical datacentres so that they can focus on their core competence of selling vehicles and delivering amazing customer experience.

The team at Pinewood is committed to providing our customers with tools and services to make their business agile, more efficient and more profitable.

We are now seeking a talented individual to join us in our Hong Kong office in Causeway Bay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports office administrative work
  • Supports general HR management
  • Assists Visa applications for expatriate staff
  • Supports HK Government SME program applications and management
  • Assists with customer contracting
  • Acts as point of contact among executives and other external partners
  • Manages task / information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organizes and maintain the office filing system
  • Provides Ad-hoc support of other team members

Skills & Requirements

  • Good time management, organisation, and decision-making skills
  • Strategic thinker, good communicator and team player
  • Resourceful and confident
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • English speaking company, with Cantonese (Japanese being an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various software tools
